What does a CIBIL score mean?

The credit score of an individual shows his/her payment pattern in the past and the present. Based on which the lending institution considers the application suitable for the applied product. It is based on the factors mentioned below:

What does my CIBIL score represent?

As mentioned above, this number represents your payment habits and is in the range of 300-900. The range decides your eligibility for the credit facility. Even though the minimum score is 300, you can not get any credit card or loan with this score. The average score considered is 750 or above. When I calculated, my CIBIL came out to be 810 and luckily I was able to get the credit card I was looking for. The point, however, is that I need to maintain the same score which will happen only when I pay the bills on time and be very sure of my expenses. You can also do the same and continue to enjoy amazing credit cards or maybe a low-interest rate loan.
