It would be unrealistic to think that people were happy, all the time. However, there are various tools that can help, like little tricks that allow them to circumvent a simpler way bad times of life.

We can find endless explanations, remedies and even medications to achieve feel better. In my experience what has worked best for me are these 6 simple but powerful actions. I share with you waiting to serve them well as they have served me.

  1. Exercise

When you are feeling down / depressed can happen two things: wanting to sleep all the time or suffer insomnia. To avoid this situation you have to create a bedtime routine and stick to it every day. Take a relaxing bath, drinking an herbal tea to help induce sleep naturally reduces stimulants, do what works for your lifestyle, but watch your dream. Ideally we should get 6 to 8 hours a day.

  1. Visit Nature

Prioritize your time in nature to spend at least 30 minutes a day outdoors. It is essential for us to connect with nature, especially in times of depression. Chops wood, spend time in the garden, walk the dog, take a walk, ride a bike, go skiing, whatever you choose to do, do it for at least half an hour. Exposure to sunlight alone can do wonders. In the city, you can be a little complicated, but what I do is take my dog ​​for a walk in the park, take off my shoes and walk barefoot in the grass, the feeling is very refreshing addition to extremely restorative.

The friends are in good times and in bad. If you’re having a hard time, call your friends and talk you need a dose of attention, ear, hugging and laughing.
